Using Cardiff as our centre, we travel to work -

Going East - Newport, Cwmbran, and over the Severn Bridge into Bristol.

Going West - the other way on the M4, we work in Bridgend, Port Talbot, Swansea and Camarthen.

Then going North, we work in Pontypridd, Caerphilly, all the way as far as Brecon, Abergavenny, Usk and over to Chepstow.
